سياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات (Privacy Policy)

تلتزم منصة هيّئ (Hayyi) وإضافة المتصفح التابعة لها «مساعد المعلم» (Hayyi Teacher Assistant) وكافة تطبيقات الجوال والخدمات السحابية المرتبطة بالنطاق https://hayyi.app بحماية خصوصية وأمان بيانات المعلمين والمدارس والتربويين وفق أعلى معايير الخصوصية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية وسياسات متجر Google Chrome و Apple App Store.

إقرار الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use Disclosure):
يتوافق استخدام إضافة "مساعد المعلم" للمعلومات الواردة من واجهات برمجة تطبيقات Chrome وسياسات بيانات المستخدم بشكل كامل، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use Requirements). نحن لا نبيع بيانات المستخدمين لأي طرف ثالث نهائياً.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها (Data Collection)

نقوم بجمع الحد الأدنى والضروري فقط من البيانات لتقديم وظائف المنصة والإضافة:

معلومات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني والاسم لتوثيق هوية المستخدم وتفعيل خدمات الاشتراك والتحضير.
بيانات التحضير والخطط التعليمية: المواد والمراحل الدراسية والدروس التي يختار المعلم إعدادها أو مزامنتها.
الصلاحيات المستخدمة في إضافة Chrome:
- storage: لحفظ تفضيلات المعلم ورموز الجلسة محلياً على المتصفح لضمان السرعة.
- tabs / activeTab: للتواصل الآمن مع صفحات منصة مدرستي ونظام نور عند طلب المعلم بدء التحضير التلقائي.
- downloads: لتمكين المعلم من تنزيل نماذج الاختبارات، الكشوفات، وملفات PDF التعليمية على جهازه.
- host_permissions (madrasati.sa / noor.moe.gov.sa): لحقن أدوات التحضير ومساعد المعلم داخل الحصص المدرسية.
صلاحيات الكاميرا والميكروفون في تطبيق الجوال: تُستخدم الكاميرا اختيارياً لمسح أوراق الإجابات (التصحيح الآلي) والميكروفون للإملاء الصوتي. لا يتم تخزين أو مشاركة أي وسائط شخصية خارج غرض المعالجة المباشرة.

2. كيفية التعامل مع البيانات واستخدامها (Data Handling & Use)

تُستخدم البيانات حصرياً للأغراض التالية:

توليد وتحضير الدروس والخطط التعليمية وتعبئتها في منصة مدرستي وفق اختيارات المعلم.
مزامنة الخطط والواجبات بين إضافة المتصفح وتطبيق الجوال وحساب المعلم على المنصة.
توليد الاختبارات وأوراق العمل والتقارير الأكاديمية المطلوبة.
التحقق من صحة الاشتراك وتقديم الدعم الفني وتحديثات الأمان.

3. تخزين البيانات والاحتفاظ بها (Data Storage & Retention)

التخزين المحلي (Local Storage): تُحفظ الخيارات والإعدادات السريعة محلياً في متصفح المستخدم عبر chrome.storage.local ولا تغادر جهازه إلا عند اختياره المزامنة السحابية.
التخزين السحابي المشفر: تُخزن بيانات الحساب والخطط المحفوظة على خوادم آمنة ومشفرة باستخدام بروتوكول HTTPS / TLS 1.3 وتُحمى بجدران حماية متقدمة.
فترة الاحتفاظ: نحتفظ ببيانات التحضير طوال فترة نشاط حساب المعلم لتمكينه من الرجوع إليها، وتُحذف فور طلب المستخدم.

4. مشاركة البيانات والأطراف الثالثة (Data Sharing & Third Parties)

عدم البيع أو المتاجرة: نحن لا نبيع ولا نؤجر ولا نتاجر ببيانات المستخدمين أو بيانات الطلاب مع أي طرف ثالث أو شركات إعلانية تحت أي ظرف.
الأطراف المزودة للخدمة: تقتصر المعالجة الفنية فقط على مزودي البنية التحتية السحابية الموثوقة (مثل بوابات الدفع المشفرة وخدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتوليد النصوص) وفق اتفاقيات سرية وحماية بيانات صارمة.
نحن لا نستخدم ولا ننقل بيانات المستخدم لأغراض الإعلانات الموجهة أو التقييم الائتماني.

5. طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات (Account & Data Deletion)

يحق للمستخدم في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابه وكافة بياناته نهائياً من خلال:

من داخل المنصة / التطبيق: الإعدادات ➔ الملف الشخصي ➔ الضغط على [حذف الحساب والبيانات].
عبر البريد الإلكتروني: إرسال طلب حذف إلى [email protected] أو [email protected] وسيتم مسح كافة السجلات المرتبطة بالحساب خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة كحد أقصى.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Hayyi Platform, the "مساعد المعلم" (Hayyi Teacher Assistant) Chrome Web Store Extension, and official mobile applications operated by Hayyi (https://hayyi.app).

Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure:
The use of information received from Chrome APIs by the "Hayyi Teacher Assistant" extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We strictly do not sell user data.

1. User Data Collection

We collect only the minimum necessary data to provide our educational tools:

Account Information: Name, Email address for authentication and subscription verification.
Curriculum & Preparation Data: Grade levels, subjects, and lesson topics selected by the teacher for auto-preparation and sync.
Chrome Extension Permissions:
- storage: To securely save user preferences and session tokens locally within the browser.
- tabs / activeTab: To interact with Madrasati and Noor educational portals only when the teacher initiates lesson planning or scheduling actions.
- downloads: To allow users to save generated exam papers, worksheets, and student reports.
- host_permissions (*.madrasati.sa, *.noor.moe.gov.sa): To inject teacher assistance controls and auto-fill lesson preparation fields directly into the educational portal.
Mobile Permissions (Camera/Mic): Camera access is used solely for Optical Mark Recognition (OMR answer sheet grading). Microphone is used solely for voice dictation. No raw media is stored or shared.

2. Data Handling & Use

Collected data is strictly used for:

Automating lesson preparation, timetable mapping, and assessment creation for Saudi Ministry of Education curricula.
Synchronizing lesson plans and worksheets across the teacher's browser extension and mobile app.
Authenticating user subscriptions and providing customer support.

3. Data Storage & Security

Local Browser Storage: Preference configurations are stored locally via chrome.storage.local.
Encrypted Cloud Storage: Account data and synced lesson plans are transmitted and stored using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption on secured servers.
Retention: Data is retained as long as the user's account is active, and is immediately purged upon deletion request.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade user personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
We do not use or transfer user data for personalized advertising, creditworthiness determination, or lending purposes.
Data processing is strictly confined to essential trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., encrypted cloud storage, payment processors) bound by strict non-disclosure obligations.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

Users can request full deletion of their account and all associated data at any time by:

Navigating to Account Settings -> Delete Account within the app/platform.
Emailing a deletion request to [email protected] or [email protected] (processed within 24–48 hours).
